WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

Kydsix headquarters is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. All orders are processed and shipped from the island of Oahu.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Definitely! Kydsix sends your heroes around the world!

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Kydsix is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed by Kydsix himself. We always aim to get orders out the next business day.

During special events, such as collection launches, or restocks, processing time may take a bit longer. Depending on how many orders are placed, it can sometimes take an additional 2-3 business days on top the estimated delivery (See Chart Below)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there are quality issues with your items from the manufacturer or your package may have been damaged during shipping (see below). 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING!

All orders undergo quality inspection and are handled with care before shipping. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as: your package has been mishandled, crushed, bent, torn, exposed to the weather elements, or your mail carrier had a bad day, please contact us at kydsixart@gmail.com We will assess the damaged items and find a solution to revive your fallen hero.
